I love that they deliver to my office! Super easy for me since it's so close by - plus no more having to go out of town just to have lunch with coworkers (which can be difficult if you're not near your work). They also offer catering options which are great when we need some extra space at our desks but still want good quality meals delivered right away. The menu isn't very diverse compared to other companies like Doordash where there seems to always be something new available every week/month. It would definitely help broaden their customer base if they offered different types of cuisine as well as healthier choices. If you live nearby then this could easily become one of those "necessities" rather than a luxury item. Sometimes its hard to get people together during normal business hours; however, clicklunch makes things super convenient since everything gets ordered ahead of time. Also helps us stay healthy because we don't eat fast-food all day long :) Our team loves.
