You won't believe how great your floors will look using this product. I have been using this item for about 4 years. I learned this from a builder who used it on his old floors at home. I apply it with a sponge mop...with a piece of towel wrapped around the head of the mop. I pour the liquid into one of those bear honey bottles and squirt it on the mop. Really comfortable. Then I wipe the floor. We have a large large room with a maple floor and I can apply a coat in 15-30 minutes. (I never timed it because it's so quick.) One app looks good, but 2-3 look spectacular... and it's so easy I always make 2 or 3 apps. When you're done with an application, the first part is already dry and you really want to go ahead and apply another coat. For real.
