I am sure that every pregnant woman can find many dreamy, comfortable sleeping positions with this pillow. The best thing about this pillow is that I can use my own trusty pillow. They are essentially 2 identical body pillows attached to the top with a blank pillowcase. I'm 24 weeks pregnant with my second one and this has really improved my sleep by 90%. I'm so sorry I didn't have this with my first and I'm now recommending it to all my pregnant friends. I usually sleep on my side, holding it between my legs and supporting my stomach. If I want to turn to the other side, I can assume a similar position without having to somehow pull the pillow to the other side, which always wakes me up. I can also put a pillow under my hips or, alternatively, even roll onto my back a little while still leaning slightly to the side. This pillow isn't cheap, but it's worth its weight in gold. We have a king bed and it takes up just over half of the bed.
