Just what I needed because I love liquid eyeliner but can't control the handshake. I'm really bad at applying eyeliner properly. The handle has a nice octagonal shape, making it easy to hold in a stable position and easy to tilt. The color is exactly what I wanted - it's really jet black. Black as coal. Black as Satan's soul. When I applied this I let it dry for a few seconds and it didn't smear on my eye but I did notice it would smear on my arm. If I don't touch my eyes and don't try to put on more makeup for a few minutes, they stay flawless. If I'm in a hurry, I have to be careful not to touch the liner for at least half a minute. Again, I love the amazing ink color and once this lasts, it stays. I had to use lots of oil and a good baby wipe to remove all marks even at the end of the day. When I cleaned my face in the morning, there were still small traces of it. Once fully installed, this stuff REMAINS.
