I always keep a bottle or two on hand. This product has helped keep my hair soft, healthy, and overall less breakage over time which leads to longer hair! I spray my hair with this product anytime I brush my hair. I love that is light weight and contains water. Other conditioning products can leave my hair feeling heavy and greasy. I don't like needing to wash my hair too often and this product you can spray a lot of and it wont be too heavy. It smells great too!
