I've had both likes and dislikes with these headgear. At first I was disappointed to find that they don't fit many masks. The small hooks for attachment only work with disposable surgical masks. However, depending on how your sheet mask fits, these clips may just be able to be held in place by the pressure of the sheet mask on your face. They stayed in place well for me. I found braces a bit uncomfortable on a stuffy nose day. The pressure of the braces on the bridge of my nose increased my discomfort. Every other time was good for comfort. Ironically, the mount actually prevents air from escaping around the mask as it fits my face better and gives my cloth mask a shape that fits and fits better. While this increases safety, it also increases the effort of breathing. I have found that the silicone on my face heats up and I end up sweating more than just wearing a mask. I know some people get pimples from masks and it might be worth keeping the mask off your face and mouth. Easy to clean, I put the staples on the top rack of the dishwasher. In short, while they're not my be-all and end-all, I sometimes use these brackets with certain masks.
