The number of threads in cotton is at least 150, which indicates a fairly high-quality fabric. I have compared it to some of my shirts and this one is much better. The cut is a little looser than I expected but I'm sure it will shrink in a few washes. The clasps are perfect and when washed cold/cold and on the normal drying cycle they don't wrinkle too much when hung straight out of the dryer. This and the silkiness of the finish led me to conclude the thread count was so high. It's certainly a steal considering it's priced in the casual shirt arena but has the features of a quality dress shirt.
