The package bears the company logo, and all of the necessary documentation are present. It is inexplicable why they would use a DVD with drivers on a laptop that does not have an optical drive. Pros: An outstanding laptop for the price, with a keyboard with 2022 letters and a sound system that is really sweet. Before that, there was something called the RedmiBook Pro, and it's the difference between heaven and earth. Different cons: It's like trying to dance with tambourines if you install Windows on an Acer. It did not function from my flash drive with Windows, which I always used, for reasons that are unknown to me; but, I was able to install it discreetly on another laptop recently using the same flash drive. During the installation process, the disks will not be accessible; in order to access them, you will need to drop them onto a bootable IRST flash drive. Because the BIOS has everything locked down, you will need to change all of the settings. Flash drives that have had the image written to them via UltraISO are invisible to the user. I spent the better part of the day fiddling with the laptop, but in the end, I was able to get everything set up properly. Record the image while using Rufus, and you will find that your mood improves. The solid-state drive will be less capable than the one in the Redmi Book Pro, but this is not a dealbreaker.
