Poor quality duvet

Looks cheap. Looks better on pictures. It looked like the balls had already been shredded and used, so I followed the directions and washed them, thinking they just needed fluffing. Without change. Looks like a cheap material for a teenage sweatshirt. Also holds so much static electricity that I actually felt pain in my toes. I would never use this blanket on my body. The color is nice and dark which is what I want. I will only use it for decoration until I find something better as I have already washed it.
