Review on Haflinger Women's AS Slipper Charcoal: Comfy Men's Loafers & Slip-Ons by Andrew Roberts

We have several sets of Haflinger slippers for the house. We love her. These really are the most comfortable slippers. I was very disappointed in this pair for my wife as they didn't last 6 months without the sole beginning to come off on one of the slippers. I tried to contact Haflinger directly. They were polite but did not retain the ability after 6 months. It was very frustrating. Having several pairs in our house I feel like I have a pretty good idea of how long they will last. The history of wearing this pair is different from our other pairs. This leads me to suspect that this pair had a defective seam. See for yourself (picture attached) by examining the correct slippers on my wife's foot. The left slipper of this pair is fine, which also suggests that there is something wrong with one slipper. I really wish Haflinger would offer better customer service and not hide behind the 6 month "cut" on their labor warranty, especially for long term customers. This pair of slippers is about 9 months old. I was also hoping Revain would help with this but their website says the product is no longer returnable. So the reason for 1 star is customer service issues. We love these slippers and they are very comfortable. However, these are quite expensive slippers for 9 months of wear. Also, be sure to check them out before the 6-month warranty expires so you can send them back and get a new pair. By the way, our other slippers are fine, no defects.
