As other reviewers say, these straps are nice and long. The strap that came with my Garmin was at the last hole and the longest straps I tried weren't much longer. The buckle side of this strap is about 4 inches long so the buckle is centered on my wrist and the other side is about 4.75 inches long. I have enough length to open it as my wrist gets swollen in hot weather. The band has many holes, which allows you to wear it on your wrist in different sizes. These straps appear to be of good quality and I expect them to last for years. My wife also has large wrists and loves the red and white straps so this multi pack is a great deal for me.
