There's a lot to love about this handbag. The canvas is durable, the construction is solid, the handles are durable. So strong: check. And all those pens? I thought they were too much but I really love them. I also have a shoulder strap and use all three ways to carry/grab/hold this bag. So, great pens: check. And the shoulder strap is comfortable and usually stays on my shoulder. Its length is adjustable and the clips rotate so it doesn't get tangled. So, a good shoulder strap: check. And it has an exterior zippered pocket that's perfect for an iPhone 6s+ (and all other iPhones) and a few small items, as well as two small slot pockets at the ends that are great for keys, headphones, or other small square items. It's important that what you put in it STAYS there. So, useful outer pockets: check. The interior is divided into three interior sections, which I like, with a small zipped pocket as a divider and a heavy-duty external zip that seals everything inside. One side panel is significantly larger than the other. .and this is where everything starts to go wrong for me. One issue is a common complaint I have with 95% of all wallets: the lining is black. I get that nobody likes smearing a light liner with lipstick or leaky pencils, but wallets tend to be dark pits where the things you want disappear in the 9th dimension. This wallet suffers from this problem, which is compounded by its slightly thick bottom. It's not deep enough that things could really get lost, but it may require some groping or digging. However, what worries me the most is the bag's only downside: the middle pocket. You'll have to decide what you put in there, because like I said, it's not big. I put in my wallet and a few small things that I need to find quickly. But then comes the real problem. The middle pocket often seems to disappear under something large in a large page, or simply collapses on its own. It should have stronger sides to hold it AND it should be different in color from the rest of the lining. If you don't mind my middle bag issues, I would highly recommend this bag - I can't. better for the price and blue is a good color for summer.
