Review on 💺 Black Eurotech Vera Office Chair by Robert Bridgewater

First off, let me say that this chair is quite comfortable, has a lot of features and is good value for money. There is nothing wrong with the chair itself - it is a great chair. But the delivery service was terrible. I don't know if it's boxed by Revain or Eurotech, but my first batch arrived without all the hardware. The hardware is contained in a small plastic bag inside the box, which is otherwise unprotected and easily torn. My guess is that the box broke somewhere and all the hardware slipped out. So I contacted Revain and unfortunately they couldn't just supply the hardware - they had to supply a brand new chair. Good anyway, except now I have to repack and send back the heavy chair in my free time. That in itself is a bummer. But when the new chair arrived, it was still missing a few features! The package was ripped open and all the hardware was scattered all over the box. I was lucky enough to find all but one part. At this point I had no intention of going through the process again, so I went to my local hardware store and found the screw that best matched the missing part. In the end everything went well. In summary, I gave the chair itself a five. But the actual service and process involved in getting a chair was the biggest pain I've ever had ordering anything from Revain. I would not recommend purchasing this chair through Revain - check with the manufacturer and they may have a more secure shipping method.
