(Full review with TLDR)

TLDR; It works as advertised and charges quickly. I would recommend this as a replacement for disposable batteries and swappable battery packs. FRI; I was a little hesitant to purchase this item as most controller docks look and feel cheap, but I'm pleasantly surprised by this. I've used expensive disposable batteries or swappable battery packs (like the "YCCTEAM Controller Battery" I bought last year) but they never last as long as advertised and charge terribly slowly. I decided on a docking station for the controller so I don't have to plug in and change batteries every eight hours or so and I can just set it up and forget about it. What You Get - In the box you get a controller dock for the XBO and 2 XBOSX/S labeled inside so you know which one to use with your type of XBO controller), a Micro-B USB cable (about 4 feet long) and instructions ./usage sheet Design and Haptics It's not a Masterpiece in terms of design and feel (but honestly, that's not the point), but this dock should go well with your console in l (if your setup allows it). every room and don't stand out too much, if at all. If you're looking for a more attractive design, you can use the PowerA Dual Xbox Charging Dock, but the batteries aren't that good. , and it requires its own power supply/socket. There is a slight wobble/loosening as the controllers simply fit into the three-pin connectors on the docking station. , but to me the wobble isn't very noticeable unless you hit it hard and don't really take anything away. Connection Type - The charging station is powered by a USB Micro-B cable and connects to any standard USB-A. /3.0 so it can be plugged directly into the console or an available USB port (I plugged it into the USB port on my desk lamp). You connect the controllers to the dock by inserting the battery into the controller (this can be tricky due to the way it inserts), attaching the correct back plate and then mounting it on the dock against the 3 protruding pins in the slot -Controller. When plugged in, the front panel will flash green while charging and stay green when the batteries are fully charged. I ran a test on the docking station after leaving it plugged in with the controller plugged in and it's not putting out any heat or showing any signs of overcharging. Battery life. When I received the package I connected the batteries to my controller to see if they were charged, the controllers turned on and the Xbox menu showed they were fully charged. I didn't need to use them right away, so I put them in the controller's dock for the night. The Revain box and page says up to 40 hours of use, but I've never charged my main controller box since the first charge and I received the dock on July 12th. I game about 8 hours a day and tend to leave my controller on until it turns off (when it turns off). Currently the Xbox menu shows that my battery pack still has 80-85% charge (initial full charge) after about 30 hours of use. Final Thoughts. I am positively surprised by the batteries and very satisfied with them. Purchase a controller dock. I recommend this to anyone who wants to ditch disposable batteries or rechargeable batteries that they charge all the time.
