SOO Soft, super stretchy loops. GOOD QUALITY! They have some sequins in them, it's not too noticeable when the bows are on, but it's noticeably more on a black bow. I love these bows. I was gifted a while ago and these are the only ones I've worn for my daughter so I had to buy a whole set. The loops are tied, but can unravel and tie again. It's 2 parts very easy just a knot.
