Suitable for a tall guy like me. I'm 6ft 1in, 240lbs and always get anxious buying these items. I'm happy to say that I agree with the rest of the reviews - this is a quality mount that doesn't "sag" or point the camera to the ground like the others. It only fits me a little, but nothing prevents me from using it regularly. Put it on for 45 minutes during a pretty good workout today and it stuck like glue and the video was way better than the helmet. I will buy more Sametop accessories. I did NOT get it for free or at a reduced price and I don't pay much attention to the reviews of those who ACTUALLY got the product for free.
