I was excited when I first opened them but it passed quickly. Let's start with the good parts: the charging case is a nice, durable metal body, and the earbuds slide easily into the magnetic charging ports. The design/shape of the headphones was great and they fit my ears almost perfectly. I left them charged to 100% as instructed, with the blue ring on each earbud glowing nicely until they were charged. My phone connected well, there were no problems. However, including them was very disappointing. The sound quality is relatively poor for the price. Everything sounds dull, both speech and music. I assume this is due to the design as the end of the headphone that goes in your ear narrows to a fairly thin area where the sound comes out. The bass is good but sounds dull. Not a very pleasant listening experience. Maybe I could deal with the poor sound quality and just leave it for podcasts and random music, but there were just too many other downsides. The earcups of the earbuds that fit your ears are made of hard plastic and you can't change to other sizes like most other earbuds. This leads to two problems: the fit may not be right for you (although that was fine with me), but worse, they don't fit securely in your ears like a rubber earphone. I tried using them for a couple of weeks and they fell on me a couple of times, luckily without falling down the drain or anything. I've tried them at the gym but they're too annoying to constantly worry about them falling out. Even just walking around I feel like they fall out and I have to keep putting them back in. Probably the worst aspect is the unreliable connection. When I carry my phone in my pocket and walk around with it, every 10-20 seconds either earbuds go on or both earbuds go off, enough to drive me nuts and just turn them off. Even with my phone on my desk, they turn off as soon as I get up to go for a walk (within 10-15 feet of my phone). That and the earbud were a deal breaker for me. I will refund your money. I suspect all of the raving 5 star reviews on here were written by people who used it for a few minutes right out of the box and didn't take the time to really test it like I did. . But how can someone say that the sound quality is good, I do not understand. Good: case and headphone design.
