I was concerned based on the reviews but we order a lot of cables and other supplies from Monoprice with ease, plus it was one of the few printers in stock and I did wanted to start printing masks right away, so despite the reviews, I decided to pull the trigger. Everything went pretty smoothly, but the instructions were pretty much useless, and the printer had some changes since the instructions were last printed, so it wasn't even 100% accurate. After it was assembled I inserted the filament pattern, "aligned" it and auto-aligned it again, and started printing the 3D cat file that comes with the SD card. He had some problems with the adhesion of the layers, but these were resolved. Unfortunately, about 3 hours after the first test print, we heard a loud click (bang maybe?) and the power supply, and then the printer turned off, causing the MP10# to go dead. 1. Contacted Revain and requested replacement. A few days later the MP10 #2 arrived and was quickly assembled since I now had the experience on my side. It immediately started having problems keeping the table level, level with the table, and after a few test runs of the masks I was trying to print, it started smashing the print head on the table when I returned home . It never printed as well as the MP10 #1 so I contacted MP support (who was completely unhelpful and said to request an ANOTHER replacement as they've had bad batches lately). works quite well and produces about 18 usable masks per week. Then he started having problems with layer shifts and collisions even though I was printing the same model over and over again. Limit switch z also fell apart (literally only once coming home from work). MP support was contacted again and was told that they currently do not have replacement parts for these switches and that the entire printer needs to be replaced. I was able to reattach the switch (and found it was problem #2 at first) and it worked for a few more days but still was never "right". I finally decided to throw in the towel after about 2 weeks of headaches with MP printers, reassembled both with their original parts and sent both back. I picked up the Creality Ender 3 Pro and although it was smaller and required more manual control, it printed right out of the box and ran for almost a week with little to no issues other than having to manually level the bed every few days.
