I like to use my Chromebook on my lap most of the time. The angle of the shaft is terrible and the way it sits makes it heavy and prone to falling off. This allows the tray part to be used at different angles which is great and holds the tray part much more securely. It took me a minute to find the velcro to insert the tablet into the case as there really aren't any instructions. It looks much prettier and offers more protection compared to the standard.
