So first, let me say that sockets work fine. It's so handy to have a remote control for all the lights in my bedroom and I don't have to turn on a bunch of lights/my decorative LED curtain. I do not regret this purchase. However, when I received them, I received an outlet that didn't work. It's ok, I explained that I followed all the instructions and it wouldn't even turn on manually. They took my frequency code, my order number and all that and immediately got another one in the mail. They warned me that it was shipped from China and would take some time. A month later I received another outlet. I had a little confusion with the replacement as it was on a different frequency. Customer service saw a previous version of this review and contacted me personally to resolve the issue. Now everything is in order. I can honestly say that being able to control your entire room (or house if you only have 4 lights for some reason) with one remote is an amazing thing. While they don't have an Alexa connection or anything like that, they don't have to either. The extra remote control is a backup for me, but you can have one for the living room and one for the bedroom. I can go from full lighting to falling asleep with just one click. Definitely recommend, only took the 5 stars for the original issue they handled VERY well.
