I give this product 4.8 stars. First, this is serious business. However, they work and work very well. I'm not 100% sure about that, but the bristles might be a bit stiffer than the original, but they're still soft. Also, I was able to compare it to an old original that I had to throw away. The only reason I'm deducting 0.2 is that it doesn't sink to the bottom like the original. there is a small gap. As they say, it means nothing to me. It fits well enough to use and cleans my mouth like it should. I bet this set of heads will survive the Sonicare block.
