Review on Rangeland Business Backpack Approved Daypack Backpacks in Laptop Backpacks by Mandy Martin

Good little backpack - 'Personal Item' fit Icelandair, Ryanair (40 x 30 x 15cm)

The never ending hunt for a 'Personal Item' backpack to complement my hand luggage for Ryanair and Icelandair. It fits Icelandair (smaller than Ryanair) and makes a good daypack for work. The internal laptop pocket is oddly on the zip side rather than the shoulder strap side, but it still seems to work. But maybe it's because I have a small netbook laptop. A heavier laptop can throw it off balance. Inside, it shares the same elastic straps for attaching clothing, a padded laptop sleeve, and a pair of organizer pockets for small items in the main compartment. The external zip compartment has no internal organizer pockets. It's very light and basic with nice wide backpack straps and compression straps on the sides to make it smaller when you need it. Choosing between this and the other lists the same sizes but with a rounded top and USB charging cable. Among other things, I chose this one because it is square at the top and therefore has a little more space inside than the other. First of all, I gave preference to capacity and weight. All in all, I've seen people carry all kinds of large bags on Icelandair flights. But I don't think it's worth the risk of meeting that rare picky airline employee who decides I need to meet actual requirements. This backpack has enough space for a camera bag, a netbook or laptop, an accessory kit, a few travel guides, a sweater or scarf, an inflatable neck pillow, a small handbag and various things you want to put in there. Looking back, I appreciate it if it stays small and light. After managing gear while traveling, it seems worth spending light. I hope this information is of help to anyone making a trip. Have fun!
