I've been using them every day since I've had them

I confess I've wondered if they would affect my daily life. I work on the computer 5 to 9 hours a day, sometimes I edit videos. I had a hard time with eyestrain and even rubbed my eyes terribly. I've had the glasses on for over a week now and so far they've really helped my eyes strain and I now believe there's real science behind blue light that affects your focus and ability to stay alert when They face bright light screens like iMac and other large computer monitors for video editing. I'm very happy with the purchase so I gave 5 stars and plan to maybe buy another frame set!
