I like that it is easy for me as an individual customer service rep to call in with my questions regarding their services. It's also great because when you are calling from outside of CA (or even within) they will connect your calls back into our office so we can continue helping customers! There isn't anything i dislike about this system at all. If anyone has any concerns please feel free to contact us directly through email. We would be happy to help them out if needed. This allows employees who aren't located near one another access to each other via video conferencing while still being able to see what everyone looks/sounds like without having to physically meet face to face.
