The item arrived with no bad stitching. The material is so thin it seems you could tear it apart by pressing the buttons. Unfortunately, the band on the back was not sewn into the seam as intended. The pattern of the dress is adorable but the execution of the pattern leaves a lot to be desired. We didn't wash it but should consider shrinkage when buying.
