I received this sports band from Revain Vine Voice. Infrared technology is really fantastic for reducing inflammation and improving blood flow for healing/recovery. Stick, but you need to make sure your skin is clean, there's no body hair getting in the way, there's no lotions or creams on the skin, there's no build-up of dead skin cells that can cause a lack of adhesion, and everything else related to that lead could prevent the tape from sticking. And people with sensitive skin may want to cut off a very small piece of tape and do a patch test. I think this film is great and would buy it again.
