Blinking NOT flickering.
They are very bright and although one of the snowflakes didn't stick to the light when I opened the package, it didn't bother me as it was easy to fix. My main complaint is that they don't alternate/flicker like in the video. you blink. My daughter has epilepsy and I am also bothered by flashing lights so I have to keep a constant schedule.
