**UPDATE 2 **Does not work with Canon MF634cdw

Update June 1, 2021: I have replaced them with Canon OEM cartridges. The machine is working properly again and the improvement in print quality is shocking. My conclusion is to stay away from third party cartridges. I end up getting these cartridges to work with my printer. I wish I hadn't. After about a month, the printer alternates for a few minutes before and after each print job, as if trying to load paper from an empty paper tray. I have no idea what really happened, but the sound reminded me. In any case, the print quality started to drop off quite a bit. I checked the cartridges and noticed some toner powder on the magenta and yellow as well as some on the drum/fuser inside. but this has happened to me at OEMs too. Now the print quality has gotten to a point where I would be embarrassed to share these prints with a colleague let alone a client. I guess it's time to get new ones, although my printer didn't give me any warnings. So I run the test and my printer thinks the black is full (it's about 9 months old now), the cyan and magenta are about 1/4 full and the yellow is completely missing. Use in these fakes. I still believe in it. However, I am going back to OEMs. I will update again after seeing if my device's print quality and performance is restored. PS - I also need to let you know that the seller/manufacturer got back to me after I posted the scathing review below (but not before I first asked for help). They sent me several emails asking me to run all these tests on my printer and send them all sorts of information, logs and reports. it was absurd. I'm not here to do your QA testing, product research, or troubleshooting. This is a GD toner cartridge. Plug in, close the door and print. If you can't do that, your product sucks and you need to sell something else. ____________________________________________________________ A bad replacement. I would strongly advise against using them in your MF634 and probably any other Canon printer. The chips - if any - are faulty. I replaced my OEM C, M and Y cartridges with these. I get all 3 errors. The printer does not print and only says "Check supplies", blinks C, M and Y and displays a communication error. To make sure it was the cartridge I put one of the other OEM cartridges back in and the error on that cartridge went away. It came back when I reinserted that fake cartridge. I also used the black OEM and there was no error code on it. The problem is that when these fake cartridges are installed, the printer thinks that the color cartridges are not installed and will not print at all. I also posted a question on the product page, someone said to click ok and the printer would print, which of course is nonsense because that was the very first thing I tried (you do the same to continue printing, when you get low toner message for this model for the first time). Of course I ordered them as a replacement when I saw them for such a cheap price and now I'm out of the return or support window. So my guess is that not only will my next set of Canon cartridges be available at full retail price, but I also have to factor in the cost of these useless fakes. I guess I can call it learning for a lesson learned. In summary: 1) They are inexpensive 2) They do not communicate properly with the printer and/or are defective 3) The seller does not communicate with the buyer if there is a problem so you can forget about product support. Conclusion: look elsewhere.
