Washed 3 times, still too much lint everywhere

If I can get rid of the lint as I have already washed it cold 3 times and tumble dried it on low according to the label 3 times already, I will update rating . But now I'm not too happy, I couldn't even use it. My 9 month old will pick up the fluff and eat it so bad! The results of each cold wash are the same. Giving in handfuls and handfuls of fluff. Maybe I got a bad one? The cuddly warm bodycon made of soft plush is excellently made, but awaits my approval for wearability and washability. Hopefully the next cold wash will remove the lint!
