My girls love them I'm so glad we have 3 packs as I always have trouble finding real cotton tights for their girls. They have eczema, so most fabrics are very dry, especially those with more spandex. The description says they are 100% cotton and doesn't mention that it's a blend of cotton with anything else. They definitely have spandex because they have a lot of stretch and the fabric isn't as soft as if it's just cotton, but it's a balanced blend of fabrics and my girls were able to wear all hips for about 5 hours. itching
