I bought the monitor for work, reading Outlook emails and working with MS Word and Excel. I connected it to the Dell docking station but the image was blurry. I read that there were problems and a direct connection to the laptop would help. Not so. I bought an HDMI to USB3 adapter and it didn't affect the picture quality in any way. Not very happy. I admit that you feel like attaching a stand to a monitor doesn't work at all. After a good five minutes of fumbling, something really broke and it worked. The directions are really bad. I understand why many one star reviewers gave up and brought it back. Operating the buttons on the bottom to adjust the monitor is also a problem. It is what it is for the price. not quality.
