Both bulbs must work

At the moment 1 bulb is working, 1 isn't, sent an email to their service describing the problem. Will be updated if and when I get a solution to the issue. The lamp that works is great, super bright, love the bright white light. Can't wait for both to work. If you're behind me when I put it back in, you won't. Now the police will stop me because they will think my light is not working, any excuses. UPDATE: After contacting support, they were quick to respond and sent a replacement. I wish all companies were this responsive. That's the main reason I switched to 5 ⭐️ SECOND UPDATE: Just received a new replacement bulb. This company is amazing, they stand by their word and stand behind their product😊
