I used multiple cables, adapters and even additional PCI cards to get Oculus Link working on my Quest 2. The original link cable was sold out everywhere and you could only get them on ebay from the scalpers (shame on you guys). They always failed and worked in USB2 mode. Even the adapters that Reddit Oculus claimed worked didn't work. Even some of the cables claiming to be "Oculus Link" cables fell out, and some didn't even fit the device properly! So after seeing the schematic and seeing that it has fiber optic lines like the original cable I gave this one. to attempt. And it worked great on my built in USB ports! And sits perfectly and snaps in like it should! I am very impressed! It gets 2.2GB in the Oculus connection test, which is more than enough to run smoothly. A+
