Manual out of date - Incorrect information - Lockout - Headache

This installation has been described as "easy" which was a lie: the hardware was simple enough, the software was a complete mess with no instructions or manuals. Support is available if you have to wait an hour in standby mode just to disconnect. After receiving assistance, he re-reads the manual for you and gives conflicting information depending on who is in charge. I wouldn't recommend buying from them - Renogy is all marketing and with no product development support. I'm buying a replacement Victron
