I just got it so I can't vouch for its durability but it looks like a quality and solid construction with more padding than you would normally see on the case. type case. The shoulder strap is basic webbing which I think is a plus as it folds down small and tight when needed and has quality strap padding that supports more weight than you can fit in this bag. The pad for the strap fits snugly to the belt which means the strap will not roll or tangle under the pad and the pad will stay where you put it on the belt. All zippers are installed correctly and work without any problems. The pockets are well sewn. All in all an impressive piece of design and engineering that is well executed. Two dice, but without removing a single star. Not what I like, but for other people it might be just what they want. Judging by the photo I will have more space in my front pockets than there. Pockets don't have much depth and without a gusset they won't expand at all. Both front pockets have inner pockets for a pen and other small items that you don't want to roll around in the main pocket, but if you put a lot of stuff in the inner pocket, there's no room for the larger item you want to put in the main pocket. In my left (large) pocket I have an AC adapter (Lenovo) paired with an APC PnoteProc8 surge protector (small, 600W, highly recommend), a power cord in the main pocket, and a Yoga mouse (very thin) in the pocket is connected inside pocket. In the right pocket, I have an SD card reader, flash drive, USB-C to USB-A adapter and pen in the inside pocket, and a business card case and phone charger cable in the main pocket. On the one hand this is a complete set, which I need for the trip, on the other hand this small set fills both pockets completely. Both are close to bulging from that kind of stress, and adding one more little thing will overcrowd the pockets, making them harder to close and causing the contents to get stuck in your laptop despite the ample padding. This photo showing bags full of treats like everything they show fits in there is just bullshit. If you have more than what I've described, look for another case. And note that the shoulder strap, which in a bag like this with one sleeve would basically be carried in one of the pockets just to be on the go with overworked hands, doesn't fit in any pocket considering what else I carry . Tomtoc wanted to further distinguish this suitcase from its version without a shoulder strap by adding pocket inserts to this model. A definitely missed gimmick, although that would also increase the price.2. The maximum internal dimensions they give for the case are a bit misleading. They can have one dimension up to 12.8 inches or another dimension up to 9.14 inches, but not both. The problem is the really nice (read protective) rim that's rounded at the corners. My Lenovo Yoga 920 measures 12.68 x 8.81 inches and it just fits. (In fact, if I stuffed my pockets too full, I would expect the fabric pulling on the inside of the pockets to cause the laptop to fit poorly and make the laptop difficult to close.) The padding and pockets make this thing thicker than typical sleeve, but it still feels like a sleeve. If you don't have more than I describe, this suitcase is your ticket. At this price point ($30 when I bought it) it's hard to go wrong.
