I only wear Swift Wicks socks. These are by far the best socks for running, training and working out. I also wear them as everyday socks. I had no problems with blisters. Because of the material, they are really breathable, which probably helps. Long ones are good in winter so your ankles don't get exposed to inclement weather. I've had this style of socks for about four years and have never thrown away a pair due to aging. These socks are significantly more expensive than regular socks, but their durability and versatility make them a great investment.
