Review on LeeZM by Charlie Maadhadians

The quality of LeeZM's items has left me very frustrated as a consumer. Both the floor lamp and the ceiling fan that I ordered were flawed upon arrival. There was a ceiling fan that produced loud, unpleasant noises and was missing screws, an unsteady floor lamp, and a dented lamp cover. Worse worse, when I tried to get in touch with their customer care department to ask for a refund, they were unhelpful and unresponsive. After weeks of persistent phone calls and emails, I was eventually issued a partial refund. When compared to competing internet retailers selling same wares, LeeZM falls short on both quality and support for its customers. I would not suggest this site to anyone because their things are badly manufactured and dealing with them is a hassle. Don't go through the trouble of dealing with them; go elsewhere for your home renovation supplies.
