The wrong ring is suitable for jewelery

The ring is beautiful! Fits perfectly. My only complaint is that it was supposed to be a garnet, which is my son's birthstone, but I got the blue gems instead. The bag was even pomegranate around the box. So I'm not sure if it's the manufacturer or what's causing it.
