Bought, returned for a refund. My Seagate external hard drive only works when connected directly to PS4, it doesn't work through a hub. When the hard drive is connected to a hub, I get a message asking me to connect it directly to my PS4. I tried a USB headset and it plays sound until another cable is plugged in, then the headset turns off. I've tried several times, but I haven't had success. I connected a keyboard and it doesn't work. Also connected the controller with a couple of cables and it didn't charge at all. It felt free at the ports, and when the cable was unplugged the hub detached. I had high hopes for this product as I really need at least 3 open ports and this hub has 5 but it just didn't work for me. I've tried this with multiple devices as above with no success. I do not recommend it to anyone.
