So I've read reviews of people saying it glows and you just understand it shouldn't glow. It is meant to glow when light reflects off of it, like the light from a lamp, or when you walk and the headlights of a car shine on you, it will glow. Love it, its light weight and the perfect size so you don't overdo it with crap you don't really need. I want to get 2 more big backpacks and another small backpack. I get compliments all the time. I love that you can pull the 2 straps together to make a shoulder bag or open them up to make a 2 strap backpack. The side mesh pockets are a bit smaller so they won't hold water, but they can hold small items like keys or whatever. I definitely recommend it and I will definitely buy it again!
