This review isn't just about the product, it's also about shipping and availability. I originally ordered the blue set for 2 day delivery, 3 or 4 times it didn't arrive on the scheduled date and it kept getting delayed. I even received a notification that I had to confirm that I wanted this item after it hadn't arrived for the second or third time. I really wanted it, so I agreed. When I didn't receive it back I contacted customer service and at that point they informed me they were out of stock. I ordered them for 2 day delivery so I would have a working controller for a good friend's kid when he comes over for a weekend visit. Because of this, I didn't have a working controller for her during her visit. The order was then canceled and I ordered a red set. Now to the actual product test. The buttons and joysticks feel nice, I like them, solid and sturdy but smooth. I like the fact that the triggers come with springs as they are easy to lose. Spare screws were included which is nice as the small screws are also easy to lose but those spare screws didn't fully fit the controller so I had to use the factory screws, although the buttons came with extra screws they didn't fit. The last point I suppose is partly my fault as I thought it was a full set of replacement buttons. Please note that these kits do not include the Option button, Share button and PS button. Other than that, this product looks and feels good.
