Works with no leaks so deserves 3 stars from the start. It came with tape, necessary washers and other parts needed for installation. It was well packaged with decent instructions and was easy to install. Water pressure is good for both heads, whether just one or both are on. Sounds like a 5 star product but there are downsides here. its cheap plastic. Feel and look. When using a diverter, the other head continues to drip for a while after switching off. And the big head moves too easily. Each time the small knob is inserted or removed, the large head must be readjusted. The small handle is also cumbersome, so it takes some work to get it in place. If you can live with those things, then this is a bargain price for a decent product that comes with a few downsides.
