We bought it to use on the patio. It's cement, so we wanted something with padding and something big enough for him to use for a while. This fully meets the requirements! Setup was easier than some reviews. This took about 2 minutes. Small poles attach to the tent and easily fit in a pocket, and the liner attaches easily with Velcro at the bottom. The pillow is soft enough for baby to be comfortable on our concrete patio. The moment we put our 11 week old son in, he started moving and cooing, enjoying the hanging toys and shade. We haven't taken it off yet (and we'll probably keep it in our living room) but I can see how difficult it can be to put everything back in the bag. It folds up like a car sun visor, but I see the cushion is difficult to put back on. We would buy again either way and use a lot!
