Foil balloons should say "OH BABY!" I'm not sure what they meant to say here but it half ruined the baby shower I had for my sister in law! Extremely disappointed, even this review will not help! I order for the second time in 2 months! Last month for my daughter's birthday was the same useless crap in the same order!
