Definitely nothing for the neck. Too big for this - note the word "Jumbo" in the description. But it fits perfectly under the knees for everything that has to do with lying on your back. Including sleep. Relieves all back tension associated with lying on your back. Please note that I am 5'7", have long legs, have a lot of back problems and desperately need something to comfortably relieve my lower back when not lying on my side. That is very high quality. I slept with it for 2 nights and am giving away my old wedge in favor of this one. There's also a handy loop on one end that's easy to grab if you want to pull it out of bed before rolling it onto your side.
