Our HOA contracted BlueStream for fiber and now we have a fiber connection. The company hired contractors to install the fiber optic router, who completed the installation with their equipment on the ground floor. I have a townhouse and my network was upstairs in the office on coaxial cable. So I had to run Cat 7 from the 2nd floor to the installation site where the fiber optic was installed. I'm still fine at 210 m/s on this Cat 7. Now I see that Cat 8 is available in the apartment and I would have used it but only saw it after running it. I don't think it would make a difference because I'm getting 210 m/s all the time, which is what we're paying for. All is well with this Cat 7 and the RJ45 ends are of good quality. I give this 5 stars.
