Let me start by saying that sonically this is an amazing pair of cans. Tone 5/5. However, the problem I have is that if you want to use a microphone, you have to use a dedicated amplifier/DAC/sound card. I've been trying to troubleshoot the mic for 3 hours and found similar posts on this issue, but this only applies if you're using it on a PC. This is very frustrating to say the least as the mic works great over Switch/Xbox/PS4. If you're using it for console, do so. Regarding the pc, stay away unless you have the above items. The manufacturer should state this clearly in the description, so I give them a 2/5.
