As with the economical yet stylish MQ24 series, we now have luminescent hands and a dial that looks like an old military pilot's watch. The numbers are easy to read and the arrows are clearly visible. The hour and minute hands are also wider than on the MQ24 series. My only complaint is that there isn't even a dot of bright paint on the seconds hand, and plain polished metal isn't as easy to see as the hour and minute hands. As of this writing, this is a fairly recent version. Note the MSRP and relative discount versus MQ-24. I expect the price of this model will come down a bit over time, but I was dying to get my hands on this lovely update to my favorite range of affordable watches.
