I am so disappointed. I bought two of these stools and not one, but neither work properly. Each one has two support links but one support link works making it completely unstable and useless. UPDATE March 29th. My husband was able to get a screwdriver to the props and get them working, but I also emailed Tip Pee Toe's customer service. department before the husband repaired them. Tip Pee Toe's customer service team was very quick to respond to emails and sent two new chairs without even asking. So I'm increasing my rating from 1 to 3, it would be higher if it worked right away, but good customer service goes a long way.
