I originally bought a pair of these socks in 6/2018 in size 7. Toddlers loved them and wore them in the rain and mud and there was enough room in the boots to wear 2-3 pairs of socks in the snow (for short periods as they are not insulated but keep feet dry). The toddler has outgrown them and this is my second pair but is a size 8. The old pair are still in excellent condition despite being used for over 11 months. Toddler has outgrown a size 8 in Carters and is wearing size 9 Nike sandals this spring so I think these boots are a bit too big. A little heavy but not too heavy for a toddler to run (or walk in the snow). Fantastic quality and adorable design - they were great as part of a Halloween fireman costume. Kiddo loves them and the boots get lots of compliments. Highly recommended!
